a guide to meditation for beginners
Right now, it is more significant than ever to find inner peace and balance. Meditation can be learned step by step. We will help you!
If the term meditation is used, very different thoughts and feelings are usually aroused. Some feel a particular fascination and have already made their first meditation experiences.
Others believe that this may well suit some people but may not work their personality type or way of life.
Who is a meditation for? What exactly does it contain? The following introduction is intended to give beginners, in particular, a first and brief impression of what meditation is and how it narrates our lives.
Introduction to Meditation: The First Steps
Today's world dictates a more or less fast-paced or even hectic lifestyle. From morning to evening, we regularly interact with the outside world. Our work, our family, our relationships, our friends, ourselves, and our health: all of this requires our full attention. We try to use our lives in all hot spots and do the best we can.
If we left more room for our thoughtfulness and ultimately our curiosity, we would probably soon ask ourselves: Why do we behave this way, and why do we live the way we do?
Why do we do our best to make our work successful? Why do we give our children the most excellent attention and care? Why do we spend time creating and maintaining relationships with others? Why do we put effort into exercising our bodies and eating healthy? Why is it so important to us to go on vacation and have free time? The list of questions that may appear stale at first glance could then be very long.

How can we achieve lasting happiness?
Surely you all know the feeling of ups and downs or the feeling that something was within our reach but is now suddenly no longer available to give us satisfaction. Since this is the way it is, how can we even achieve a permanent and secure feeling of happiness and contentment? Before proceeding any further, let us pause to understand the essence of an exceptional tool at our disposal: the human mind.
Our spirit, which contains our intellect, our thoughts,
longings, memories, and feelings, can also be equated with the brain for our
purpose. With this extraordinary instrument, we can evaluate, etc., and I
experience the world in very general terms; e Through the mind and its
connection with the five senses, we can feel joy in this world. We think, react
and understand: through our eyes and eyesight, through our nose and its ability
to absorb smells and smells, through our ears and the sense of hearing that
enables us to receive sounds and words, through our mouth and tongue, which
allows us, on the one hand, to taste food and on the other hand to make
ourselves understandable, and finally through our body,
